On June 26, 2012 in Kaliningrad, a group of teenagers committed an act of neo-Nazi vandalism in a branch of the Kaliningrad Historical and Art Museum of Fort No. 5.
The vandals wrote on the military memorial Deutschland uber alles (Germany above all else) - the first line of the German anthem of the 30s, which became a symbol of Nazi ideology, and also painted a swastika on the monument.
The employees of the museum complex, located in the suburbs of Kaliningrad, failed to detain the teenage vandals. The museum workers filed a complaint with the police.
