In June 2012, the Prosecutor's Office of the city of Inta of the Republic of Komi filed a lawsuit with a demand to recognize three Islamist sites as extremist: “Information agency Vilayat GIalgIayche”, “Official website of Vilayat Dagestan” and "Azerbaijan Islamic independent information publication" in Russian language.
It is reported that the sites “ promoted the need conducting hostilities as part of illegal armed formations (IAF), carrying out terrorist acts in Russia, as well as posted information about the need to change the constitutional order of the Russian Federation and create on the territory of the North Caucasus of an independent state "Imarat-Kavkaz" .
The Inta city court agreed with the arguments of the prosecutor's office and recognized the sites extremist.
The decision of the court has not yet entered into force.
