The case of anti-Gypsy leaflets was brought to court

On July 6, 2012, the prosecutor's office of the Leninsky district of the city of Tyumen announced that it had sent a criminal case to the court under Part 1 of Art. 282 (actions aimed at inciting hatred and enmity to a group of persons on the grounds of nationality, committed in public) in relation to 51-year-old Tatyana Salakhova.

Recall that the woman is suspected of having made anti-Gypsy leaflets and pasted them in public places, in particular, on the walls. store and public bath in the Lesobaza microdistrict of Tyumen. They were available for public viewing from 2 to 8 December.

The prosecutor's office of the Leninsky District approved the indictment in the case and sent the case materials to the Leninsky District Court of Tyumen for consideration on the merits.
