Case of an administrative offense for a swastika on the facade of a store

On July 4, 2012, the prosecutor's office of the city of Otradny, Samara Region, opened an administrative case under Art. 10.4 of the Law of the Samara region "On Administrative Offenses on territory of the Samara region" in relation to the businessman Osadchi.

A prosecutor's check found images of a swastika on the facade of the pavilion-shop "Kupaty" in the city center. And the individual entrepreneur Osadchaya did not take measures to destroy the image of Nazi symbols.
