Kirov: punishment for making a Nazi salute during a match

On July 9, 2012, the prosecutor's office of the Novovyatsky district of the city of Kirov announced that it had issued a warning about the inadmissibility of carrying out extremist activities of the regional public organization "Club of Fans of the Dynamo Kirov Football Club."

During the prosecutor's check, it was found that one of the fans club at the stadium "Russia" during a football match threw up right hand in a fascist salute.

The fan was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (propaganda and public demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols or paraphernalia or symbols similar to Nazi paraphernalia or symbols to the degree of confusion) by the justice of the peace of the court district No. 59 of the Novovyatsky district of the city. The decision entered into legal force.

It is reported that a similar repeated violation may result in a ban on the activities of a public organization.
