Recall that from July 1, in Russia, new fines came into force for violating the rules of parking and parking of cars, tinting and driving in the public transport band. In particular, for exceeding tinting, police have the right to rent numbers and send the car to the parking lot. During the day, the driver has the right to eliminate the violation. The penalty for excess tinting of the front side and windshield is 500 rubles.

As the publication notes, drivers stopped for violation of the rules tear off tint films from car glasses and hastily leave, receiving a penalty receipt. As a rule, most of them did not have time to get rid of tinting by the appointed time.

Violation of the rules of tinting by the traffic police inspectors are determined using special devices called "tonic". If the rules are violated, the inspector may offer to remove registration signs to the driver. If he refuses, then the inspector must remove them himself. The refusal to independently withdraw the numbers can turn into administrative arrest for up to 15 days.
