Pussy Riot: case sent to court

On July 12, 2012, the Prosecutor's Office of the Central Administrative district of Moscow approved the indictment conclusion on the case of the "punk prayer" in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior and handed it over to to the Khamovniki Court of Moscow. It should be noted that the prosecutor's office received a conclusion the day before, July 11, 2011.

Nadezhda Tolokonnikova, Ekaterina Samutsevich and Maria Alekhina charged under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism committed by a group of persons on prior agreement).

As a reminder, we do not consider criminal prosecution lawful. members of the Pussy Riot group.
