Murder in the Samara region

On July 14, 2012, at about 1:30 a.m., in the village of Traktorny, Komsomolsky district, Togliatti, near one of the houses along Vishenka-4 Street, the body of a 21-year-old Armenian citizen was found with numerous stab wounds.

The suspects were detained. They were two 15-year-olds, 16-year-old and 21-year-old residents of the city of Tolyatti.

In August 2012, they were charged under par. "a, l" part 2 tbsp. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder committed by a group of persons by prior agreement on grounds of national hate).
