In Perm, the prosecutor's office is fighting hyperlinks

On July 13, 2012, the Prosecutor's Office of the Perm Territory announced that that the prosecutor's office of the Leninsky district of Perm made a submission about elimination of violations of the legislation on countering extremism against director of the Perm Internet forum "Teron.ru" due to the fact that on one of the pages of the forum there was a link to the site "Flibust. Book Brotherhood", where a forbidden book by V.A. was posted for free reading and downloading. Istarkhov "Blow of the Russian Gods".

The forum administration complied with the requirements of the prosecutor's office and removed the link.

We regard the actions of the prosecutor's office as unlawful, because the reference to prohibited material under applicable law is not a distribution.
