In the Altai Territory, a verdict was passed in the case of bullying of military personnel motivated by national hatred

In July 2012, the Barnaul Garrison Military Court of the Altai Territory issued a verdict in the case of bullying of military personnel in military unit No. 31466 of the Biysk garrison.

Ruslan Dobriev was in the dock, whom was accused of beating and humiliating 9 of his colleagues in October 2011 colleagues, forcing them to write on their backs the letters of the phrase "Ingush force".

He was charged with violating the rules relations between military personnel, associated with the humiliation of honor and dignity (clause “b” part 2 of article 335 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and incitement of national hatred with the use of violence (clause “a”, part 2, article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

The court found the young man guilty and sentenced him to 2.5 years in a general regime colony.
