Altai Territory: bullying of military personnel motivated by national hatred

On the night of October 25, 2011 in military unit No. 31466 The Biysk garrison of the Altai Territory recorded the fact of bullying servicemen motivated by national hatred.

It is reported that a native of from Ingushetia, Ruslan Dobriev woke up nine of his colleagues at night and with the help of beatings and threats, he forced them to undress to the waist. Shoe cream on on the back of every soldier he wrote letter by letter so that the result is the phrase "Ingush power".

After that, R. Dobriev was photographed against the background of the resulting inscriptions.

Against the young person was prosecuted under paragraph "b" part 2 of Art. 335 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation statutory rules of relations between military personnel, associated with humiliation honor and dignity in relation to two or more persons) and paragraph "a" part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting national hatred with the use of violence).

The incident became known in July 2012 from the news of the sentencing of the case.

Recall that in February last year, a similar incident occurred in one of the military units of the Chelyabinsk region: Private Zainalabid Gimbatov forced three of his Russian colleagues to dance lezginka and beat them for performing incorrect dance moves.
