Preliminary hearings held in case of series of racist attacks

On July 10, 2012, the Moscow City Court began preliminary hearings on the case of members of a group suspected of committing about 30 attacks on people motivated by ethnic hatred (for more information about the activities of the group, see here ).

S. Kuzmin is charged under Part 3 of Art. 30 pp. "e", "g", "l" part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder committed by a group of persons with particular cruelty, motivated by national hatred);

D. Sudakov (Sudak) - according to paragraphs. "g", "l" part 2 tbsp. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder committed with special cruelty, motivated by national hatred);

A. Kichutkin - according to part 3 of Art. 30, paras. "d", "g", "l" part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, paragraphs. "g", "l" part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation;
