July 18, 2012 in the Federal List extremist materials published on the website of the Ministry of Justice, the International association "Blood and Honor" ("Blood and Honor / Combat18", "B&H", "BandH") (p. 1357), recognized as extremist by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on May 29, 2012.

On the same website of the Ministry of Justice, specifically for such decisions, there is the so-called Federal List of Extremist Organizations (the full name is the List of non-profit organizations in respect of which the court has made a decision that has entered into legal force to liquidate or ban activities on the grounds provided for by the Federal Law "On countering extremist activity" ) where this organization was not added.

It can be assumed that the list of organizations was simply forgotten, since it is updated relatively rarely (today - 28 items) compared to the rapidly growing list of prohibited materials (already 1360 items).

On July 20, 2012, the error was corrected, the organization "Blood and Honor" was added to the corresponding list, and was removed from the list of materials.
