On July 19, 2012, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Yekaterinburg ordered the arrest of Vasily Fedorovich, who is suspected of involvement in a series of especially serious crimes, including the murder of Georgy Kara Yakubyan, a native of Armenia, a US citizen.
The body of the deceased Yakubyan was discovered in April in a garage on Kommunisticheskaya Street in Yekaterinburg. The cause of death was a stab wound
