On July 20, 2012, the Central District Court of Tyumen sentenced 57-year-old Alexander Soldatov. He was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity).
Recall that on August 25, 2010, Soldatov on his page on the social network "VKontakte" posted videos "Russian Resistance (full version)" and "Execution of a Tajik and a Dag" (p. 265 and p. 758 of the "Federal List of Extremist Materials") .
In January 2011, these materials were discovered by the regional department of the FSB of Russia in the Tyumen region. They have now been removed from the social network.
