Pussy Riot's defense appealed the extension of the arrest of E. Samutsevich, M. Alekhina and N. Tolokonnikova

On July 23, 2012, lawyer Violetta Volkova filed a complaint against the decision of the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow, which on July 20 extended the arrest of Nadezhda Tolokonnikova, Maria Alekhina and Ekaterina Samutsevich until January 12, 2013.

Let us repeat that we do not consider the initiation of a case against the members of Pussy Riot under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is lawful.
