Justification of terrorism: second criminal case against a Voronezh student

In July 2012, in the Voronezh region, a a criminal case on the public justification of terrorism (part 1 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

The case was initiated against a 21-year-old student of one of the local universities, which is accused of publishing on its page in social network "VKontakte" audio recording "Appeal to Doku Umarov" and positive comments about her. In this recording, the terrorist is reported to be calling deliver pinpoint strikes against "national traitors", the authorities and the security forces.

This is the second case initiated against the young man. In May he was charged with inciting national hatred (part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) for posting xenophobic videos “Genocide Ingush" and "Palestine".
