Perm region: fine for “Strike of the Russian Gods”

July 13, 2012 Magistrate's Court of the city of Krasnokamsk Perm edge considered an administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (production and distribution extremist materials).

The case was initiated against a local resident Vladislav Semkin, who was accused of publishing an electronic version of the forbidden book by V.A. Istarkhov "Blow of the Russian Gods" for free reading and downloading.

The court recognized the man guilty and sentenced him to fine with confiscation of equipment used for production extremist material.
