An art object was desecrated in Perm
On July 26, 2012, it became known that in Perm, unknown vandals painted a yellow swastika and neo-Nazi symbols, as well as wrote anti-Semitic slogans on the Scarab Beetle art object.
The work "Scarab Beetle" was made from tires by the Kazakh artist Moldakul Narymbetov and stands in the "Festival City".
