On July 30, 2012, it became known that the Prosecutor's Office of Spassk-Dalniy Primorsky Territory in the course of checking compliance with legislation on countering extremist activity was found in the head of the local religious organization of Jehovah's Witnesses literature recognized as extremist.
An administrative case was initiated against him under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (production and distribution of extremist materials). Court found him guilty and sentenced him to a fine of 3,000 rubles. Solution court entered into force.
In addition, the head of the local religious organization Jehovah's Witnesses issued a warning about the inadmissibility of extremist activities.
