The “Federal List of Extremist Materials” has been updated again
On August 6, 2012, the "Federal List of extremist materials ", paragraphs 1370-1373 were added to it. The list was supplemented by anti-Semitic publications from the site "Rehabilitation swastikas. For people of good will", recognized as extremist by the Votkinsk District Court of the Udmurt Republic in June 2012.
Update of the Federal List of Extremist Materials dated August 6, 2012:
- Informational material "living and already inanimate state elite", posted on the network Internet on the site s-mahat.ru (decision of the Votkinsk District Court Udmurt Republic dated 06/05/2012);
1371. Informational material “Medification (hybridization) - the murder of the Superior Race and betrayal of the ancestors”, posted on the Internet at s-mahat.ru (decision of the Votkinsk District Court of the Udmurt Republic dated 06/05/2012);
- Informational material "Racial hygiene is the main condition of integral perfection", posted on the Internet on the site s-mahat.ru (Votkinsky's decision District Court of the Udmurt Republic dated 06/05/2012);
1373. Informational the material ""The long-lived (already inanimate) state elite"", posted in the Internet on the site s-mahat.ru (decision of the Votkinsk District Court Udmurt Republic dated 06/05/2012).
Recall that for the publication of these materials in March 2012, the Votkinsk District Court of the Udmurt Republic sentenced under Part 1 Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting national hatred) 50-year-old Vadim Blagorazumov to a fine of 7 thousand rubles.
