The books “Skins: Rus' Awakens” and “Hunter” are recognized as extremist

On May 24, 2012, the Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow recognized the books by Dmitry Nesterov "Skins: Rus' is Awakening" and Andrew MacDonald's "Hunter" as extremist materials. On July 2, the decision of the court entered into force.

According to the materials of the case, these books were acquired by the operative officer of the CPE of the Internal Affairs Directorate for ZAO Moscow in the course of operational-search activities on September 14, 2011. In addition, on September 13, he also purchased books already included in the "Federal List of Extremist Materials" (M.P. Sherstenev "Who rules us: the psychology of managers", V.M. Demin "From the Aryans to Russians" and "From Russians to Russians", All-Russian magazine Russkaya Pravda No. 9A, Racial Hygiene and Demographic Policy in National Socialist Germany). The seller (born 1984) was detained.

November 25, 2011 Federal State Scientific Institution Russian Institute of Cultural Studies presented the results of the examination of books Dmitry Nesterov "Skins: Rus' Awakens" and Andrew MacDonald "Hunter". According to experts, the books contain " statements containing negative assessments of any national group (any "non-white race"); motivational statements containing an inducement to violent actions against persons of "non-white race". The materials contain statements aimed at inciting hatred or enmity. In the submissions there are calls for extremist activities ."

The book " Skins: Russia is Awakening " - a cult book for Russian Nazi skinheads - was released in 2003 and is dedicated to the activities of the Skins Legion group, which was headed by Maxim Bazylev (Adolf) . In March 2009, Bazylev was detained on suspicion of committing racist murders and committed suicide in jail.

The book by William Pierce (pseudonym Andrew Macdonald) "The Hunter" - the cult book of "white" American racists - was written in the late 1980s. and " tells the ugly reality of America in the 1970s years , "refers to" the sources of decline and degeneration that have engulfed the last decades of the entire European civilization". It is believed that the prototype of the protagonist of the "Hunter" was Joseph Paul Franklin, "who destroyed about a dozen mixed couples", whom the author called "a devoted son of his race, who did what must be done by every man, regardless of the consequences awaiting him .
