On August 7, 2012, the Inta City Court of the Republic of Komi recognized “Appeal of the Amir of the Caucasus Emirate Dokku Abu Usman to the people and government of Turkey” as extremist material.
The text was discovered by the prosecutor's office of the city of Inta as part of the supervision of the implementation of legislation on countering extremist activity on the Internet. In the appeal of the Amir of the Emirate of the Caucasus, Dokku Abu Usman (Doku Umarov), there are calls for carrying out terrorist acts against citizens of the Russian Federation and waging military jihad.
The prosecutor's office of the city applied for recognition of the material as extremist, which was granted.
According to the department, this is the eleventh material recognized as extremist at the request of the prosecutor's office of the Komi Republic in 2012. Recall that in June 2012 the same court recognized as extremist "Information agency Vilayat GIalgIayche”, “Official website of Vilayat Dagestan” and "Azerbaijan Islamic independent information publication" in Russian language. Earlier, at the request of the prosecutor's office of the city of Inta, two Islamist websites were recognized as extremist : Kavkazinform and Islamdin. Sources
