Warning to the leader of the Faizrakhmanist community in Kazan

On August 7, 2012, the Kazan prosecutor's office ruled warning about the prevention of extremist activity to the head of the Muslim communities of faizrakhmanists in Kazan to Faizrakhman Sattarov.

"... F. Satarov forbids members of the community to go to medical institutions and receive any medical assistance, children to attend schools, that is, the violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, in particular to education, health care and medical care, is allowed, which is a manifestation of extremism, " - says the press service of the prosecutor's office.

It is reported that a criminal case has been initiated against Sattarov under Part 1 of Art. 330 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (arbitrariness) in connection with unauthorized constructions; The prosecutor's office intends to file a lawsuit for their demolition. Criminal cases were initiated against three faizrakhmanists under Article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (failure to fulfill the duties of raising minors, combined with child abuse). Let us recall that on August 1, 2012, in the Faizrakhmanist community in Kazan as part of the investigation of the attempt on the life of the mufti and the murder of his deputy passed searches during which violations of sanitary norms and rules were revealed fire safety; 13 children were forcibly sent for examination in hospital.

In addition, during the searches, about 1,000 items of religious literature in the Tatar language were seized, in particular manuscripts, in which, according to the prosecutor's office, there are " signs of an extremist orientation ." Literature is subject to examination.

The Faizrahmanist community exists on the territory of Kazan since 1990s. Its leader, former Deputy Mufti of Tatarstan Fayzrakhman Sattarov, considers himself a messenger (but not a prophet!) of Allah, but his followers are true Muslims. The community led a closed, but not aggressive lifestyle. In our opinion, the warning has been issued illegally.
