A resident of Novosibirsk demands compensation for moral damages from Pussy Riot

The applicant was an activist of the Rossiya movement, unsuccessfully was nominated as a candidate in elections to local councils of deputies, and also nominated his candidacy in the election of the governor of the Novosibirsk region, but was not registered.
