On August 8, 2012, the Pushkin city prosecutor's office of the Moscow region announced that it had submitted to the head of the administration of the Pushkin municipal district, to the head of the police department in Pushkino and the general director of OJSC “Pushkin's ideas about the elimination of violations of the law. During one of the inspections, a swastika was found on the wall of an electrical substation in the city of Pushkino.
After prosecutorial measures, the violations were eliminated, the Nazi swastika was removed, and the employee of Pushkinskaya ELEK OJSC, responsible for the operation of the electrical substation, was brought to disciplinary responsibility.
