Attack on a black man in Moscow

On August 11, 2012, at about 11:30 p.m., Congo-born Fabrice Cond (born 1984) was attacked in Moscow by several young men. The attack was accompanied by racist chants.

The victim was also robbed.

A native of the Congo was hospitalized. He left a statement with the police.
