The case of the Irkutsk "hammer workers" has been brought to court

On August 12, 2012, the Investigative Committee for the Irkutsk Region transferred to the Irkutsk Regional Court a criminal case against a student Artyom Anufriev Medical University, born in 1992 and Nikita Lytkin born in 1993

Recall that from December 2010 to April 2011 in the Irkutsk microdistrict Akademgorodok there was a series of attacks on local residents. The townspeople were attacked in the evening, beaten to death with hammers and bats. The "gang of hammerers" consisted of two Nazi skinheads Anufriev and Lytkin. They are suspected of six murders and ten nine attempted murders, committing three property crimes.

They were charged under several articles at once: Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder), part 3. art. 30 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder), part 2 of Art. 244 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (desecration of the bodies deceased), part 1 of Art. 282.1 (organization of an extremist community), part 1.3 Art. 161 (robbery). It is reported that under Art. in the Irkutsk Region 282.1 A criminal case has been initiated for the first time.

These crimes were revealed jointly with the Center for Combating Extremism and the OBOP Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Irkutsk Region.
