In September 2012, St. Petersburg completed investigation of the case of 22-year-old Valentin Mumzhiev (Ns-Taygi), a native of the city of Langepas, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra.
The neo-Nazi is reportedly accused of committing a number of violent crimes motivated by national hatred, and promoting racist violence.
Recall that Mumzhiyev is a member of the neo-Nazi gang NS/WP and accused of racist attacks and murder of Guinea-Bissau citizen Carlos mehndi.
The accused is charged with Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder with special cruelty committed by a group of persons motivated by national hatred), part 2 Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism committed by a group of persons upon prior conspiracy), part 3 of Art. 223 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal manufacture of explosives, committed by an organized group) and Part 3 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal storage explosives committed by an organized group).
In addition, it is reported that a young man in 2007-2009 published articles on the Internet in which he called for violence against ethnically different residents of Russia and terrorism.
In this regard, he is also charged with paragraph "a" Part 2 Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred with the threat of violence), part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls for extremist activity), part 2 tbsp. 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public justification of terrorism).
The case has already been referred to the court for consideration on the merits.
