Sterlitamak: a warning to the distributor of leaflets with “Last wishes to Ivan”

On September 6, 2012, it became known about a warning about the inadmissibility of violating the law, issued to a resident of Sterlitamak N., who in October 2011 posted leaflets in the city with the text of the poem "Last Wishes to Ivanam".

The sanction was issued after the Sterlitamak city court on July 5, 2012 satisfied the demand of the prosecutor's office and recognized the leaflet as extremist material.

We would like to remind you that we consider this decision of the court unlawful.
