The film about Said Nursi was removed from the Kazan Film Festival program

September 7 2012, it became known that the selection committee of the VIII Kazan International Festival Muslim cinema at the insistence of representatives of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims The Republic of Tatarstan excluded from the program the film directed by Mehmet Tanrisever "Free man: Badiuzzaman Said Nursi", dedicated to the famous Turkish theologian.
