The criminal case against Zaitsev was initiated in January 2012 after anti-Semitic materials found on the Internet were handed over to the police department. According to the results of psycholinguistic research, the texts contain direct appeals " aimed at inciting ethnic hatred or enmity ".
According to law enforcement agencies, Zaitsev is an active member of the RNE and is involved in the propaganda of right-wing radical ideology. He went to a reform school.
