The case against three more defendants in the “Case of 12” was dropped

September 18, 2012 the Vyborgsky District Court of St. Petersburg terminated due to the expiration of the statute of limitations criminal cases of three more defendants in a case initiated by part 1 and part 2 of Art. 282.2 (organization and participation in activities prohibited organizations) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation against 12 activists of the "Other Russia" - Vadim Mamedov, Vladislav Ivakhnik and Alexey Zentsov.

Recall 11 September 2012, on the same grounds, the case against Oleg was dismissed Petrov.

TO the present moment for hours. 1 Article. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of activities extremist organization) Andrey Dmitriev, Alexey Marochkin and Andrey Pesotsky; according to part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in the activities of an extremist organizations) - Alexander Yashin, Igor Boykov, Ravil Bashirov, Roman Khrenov and Andrey Miliuk.

Recall that we do not consider lawful either the ban on the NBP itself, or the fact that persecution under Art. 282.2 persons acting on behalf of banned movement "Other Russia".
