Charges under paragraph "c", part 2 of Art. 282 (inciting national hatred organized group using the media) and Art. 282-1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (creation and participation in an extremist community) were presented to an assistant ataman of the Sergiev Posad Cossack society, editor of the bulletin Alexander Andreev, Cossacks of the Sergiev Posad village A.
