Kirov: the investigation into the case of a racist attack on a teenager from Dagestan has been completed

In September 2012 in the city of Kirov was completed investigation of a criminal case of a racist attack on a teenager, a native of Dagestan, which was committed on July 1 this year.

22-year-old Filipp Pavlov will soon be in the dock, who is accused of causing minor bodily harm on the grounds of national hatred (clause “b”, part 2, article 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

The case has already been transferred to the Oktyabrsky District Court of Kirov for consideration on the merits.
