In September 2012, from racist and neo-Nazi motivated attacks three people were injured in Moscow and the Nizhny Novgorod region.
A total of 11 people have died and been injured from racist violence since the beginning of the year 132 people, 1 received a serious death threat. The racist attacks were recorded in 23 regions of Russia.
On September 15, the nationalists traditionally took part in the general opposition action - the third "March of Millions". However, their number it was small. There were about 250 of them in Moscow. They also participated in similar promotions in St. Petersburg, Volgograd, Novosibirsk, Ryazan, Tambov, Ulyanovsk.
In addition, the nationalists continued to engage in promotion of conflicts over the “Kondopoga technology”. In particular, they tried join the action of bikers in Sergiev Posad, which was held in memory of Leonid Frolov, who died in a fight at a local market on June 30. Because the murder was committed by a native of Azerbaijan (who, as reported on September 19, detained), the nationalists also tried to join the action, but did not find a common language with bikers. Later, 11 people were detained by the police.

The SOVA Center is not aware of the verdicts handed down in September in cases of racist violence that would take into account the motive of hatred. Total since the beginning of the year there were at least 15 such sentences against 42 people in 11 regions countries.
At least 7 sentences were handed down for xenophobic propaganda in September 2012 against 7 people - in Moscow, Vologda, Ulyanovsk and Oryol regions, KhMAO, Republics of Komi and Chuvashia. Total in 2012 in cases of racist propaganda 60 sentences were handed down against 79 people in 36 regions.

The list was supplemented by Internet materials of radical Islamists, including some websites, ethno-xenophobic materials, including videos from the VKontakte network and pictures from the personal page of a certain Igor 14/83 from the same place, books by Yu.
