A bronze cross was cut down in the Altai Territory

October 1, 2012 in Biysk unknown persons sawed down and stole a half-meter bronze cross crowning statue of Saints Peter and Fevronia.

Representatives of the local deanery contacted the police. The initiation of a criminal case has not yet been reported.

Recall that this is not the only a case of vandalism in the Altai Territory: in early September 2012, unknown people knocked down two worship crosses at the entrance to the village of Pervomayskoye.
