October 3, 2012 Leninsky District Court of the city of Tyumen delivered a verdict in a criminal case on inciting ethnic hatred (Part 1 Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
In the dock was 51-year-old Tatyana Salakhova, who was accused of producing anti-Gypsy leaflets and distributing them in public places, in particular, on the walls of a shop and a public bath Microdistrict "Lesobaza" Tyumen. The leaflets were available for public viewing from 2 to December 8th.
The court sentenced T. Salakhova to 7 months of corrective labor with deduction of 15 percent of earnings in state income.
