The investigation into the second case of a minor xenophobe has been completed in Cheboksary

In October 2012 in the city Cheboksary, Chuvash Republic, the investigation of the criminal case on incitement of national hatred (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

On the dock soon turns out to be a 17-year-old local resident who is accused of posting on his page in one of the social networks xenophobic video and audio materials calling for racist violence.

The case has already gone to trial consideration on the merits.

Recall that the suspect was previously involved to criminal liability for xenophobic vandalism and in March 2012 was sentenced by the court to 160 hours of compulsory work.
