On October 4, 2012 it became known that on October 1, 2012 The Blagoveshchensk World Court of the Amur Region brought to administrative liability under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (mass distribution of extremist materials) Denis Mainulin and sentenced him to a fine of 3 thousand rubles.
Mainulin was accused of distributing the writings of Said Nursi among the Muslims of Blagoveshchensk.
Literature in his apartment was found during a search conducted by operatives from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation in the Amur Region.
Recall that we do not consider lawful any prohibition "Nurcular", nor the ban on the books of theologian Said Nursi, all whose followers are considered members of this organization.
