On October 5, 2012, the bailiff handed over to the representatives Russian Orthodox Autonomous Church (ROAC) copies of resolutions on initiation of enforcement proceedings on the case of the removal of the relics of the venerable Euphemia and Euphrosyne of Suzdal.
The ROAC is instructed to hand over within five days Territorial Administration of the Federal Property Management Agency "cultural values of religious purpose, referred to as the "bone remains (relics) of St. Euthymius and Euphrosyne Suzdal "" . Otherwise, the church will be fined in the amount of a part of the value of the seized property, or not less than 5,000 rubles.
Representatives of the ROAC on October 3 appealed to the Territorial Administration Federal Property Management Agency with a proposal to start negotiations, because they see no way execution of the decision. Firstly, the court did not establish the fact of possession of the relics - they were transferred from the museum even before the creation of the ROAC, and most of the people who received these relics are already dead. Secondly, it is impossible to identify the relics.
October 15, 2012 Territorial Administration of the Federal Property Management Agency refused from negotiations with the ROAC.
