According to the conclusion of experts, the materials of the site contain " statements of a hostile, aggressive, derogatory nature on an ethno-confessional basis, as well as statements justifying the commission of illegal actions, calling for the creation of illegal armed groups, as well as those aimed at the violent overthrow of the constitutional order and violation of the integrity of Russia. "
In this regard, the Deputy Prosecutor of the Stavropol Territory sent a statement of claim to the court with a statement on the recognition of the above site as extremist material. The demands of the prosecutor were satisfied in full.
