On October 20, 2012, the investigative department of the Investigative Committee for the Republic of Bashkiria as part of the investigation cases under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity) caused interrogation of the Secretary of the Council of Aksakals of Bashkir Public Associations Ramil Saitov. Saitova is a suspect in a criminal case on the publication of articles "Ayrat Dilmukhametov continues to fight in a Siberian prison" and "Appeal to the Bashkirs and not only" on the website of the Bashkir nationalist movement "Kuk Bure". According to investigators, Saitova was the site administrator at the time of publication.
Recall, from our point of view, both materials are illegally prohibited.
Saitova refused to answer the questions of the investigator, referring to Art. 51 of the Constitution. She denies any involvement in any extremist activities and claims that she is being persecuted for her "active civil position". On September 12, 2012, a group of Bashkir nationalists appealed to the court with a demand to recognize the statement of the President of the Republic Rustem as illegal Khamitov that the study of the national language in the schools of the republic will cease be a mandatory subject, and oblige Khamitov to refute it. Exactly Saitova referred the claim to the Kirovsky Court of Ufa.
