On October 22, 2012, the Kirovsky District Court of the city of Omsk sentenced a 4th year student of Omsk industrial and economic college Andrey Chernousov. He is recognized guilty under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (actions aimed at inciting hatred or enmity for grounds of race, nationality, committed publicly).
Recall that in September 2010, Chernousov posted on the Internet drawings, photographs and texts promoting Nazi paraphernalia and symbols. In addition, in October 2010, Chernousov made a poster that also promotes Nazi paraphernalia and symbols, and hung it in Omsk near the Telecentre public transport stop. The accused also wrote xenophobic appeals on the walls of residential buildings and buildings.
The court sentenced Chernousov to 100 hours of compulsory work. Sources
