“Civic Platform” included in its program an item on the secularity of the state

On October 27, 2012, businessman Mikhail Prokhorov officially joined the Civic Platform party he created. During the party congress, a new party program was presented, which included, in particular, a clause on the secular nature of the state, the exclusion of representatives of religious organizations from educational institutions and the introduction of the “Religious Code” previously proposed by M. Prokhorov.
