Moscow authorities did not allow a picket against the clericalization of education

On November 1, 2012, it became known that the activists of the political party "Russia without obscurantism" did not receive permission to hold a picket near the building of the Ministry of Education and Science in Moscow.

The action was scheduled for October 2. The main demands of the picket were: " the closure of the MEPhI department of theology, the dissolution of the academic council and the dismissal of the rector of the university, Mikhail Strikhanov ."

The activists intend to hold the rally on November 9, 12 or 13, and the Moscow authorities have been informed about it.
