The Chapaevsk prosecutor's office does not stop fighting swastikas

On November 26, 2012, the prosecutor's office of the city of Chapaevsk, Samara Region, announced that it had found an image of a Nazi swastika on the facade of house No. 33 on Ulyanov Street.

According to the results inspection carried out by the city prosecutor initiated case of an administrative offense under Art. 10.4 Laws Samara region "On administrative offenses in the territory Samara Region" (non-execution of a legal act adopted by the local self-government for the maintenance of the facade of a residential building in proper form). The case against individual entrepreneur Seyran Sargsyan, manager of apartment buildings in  Chapaevsk, sent to the administrative commission of the city.

Except In addition, in order to eliminate the identified violations of the federal legislation, the city prosecutor made a submission to the entrepreneur.

In connection with the improper performance of official law enforcement officers of the duties assigned legislation on countering extremist activity, the city prosecutor made submissions to the head of the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Chapaevsk.
