A resident of Lipetsk will stand trial for publication in Odnoklassniki

On November 28, 2012, it became known that in Lipetsk it was transferred to court a criminal case against a 27-year-old resident of the city who published on his page in "Odnoklassniki" call: "Let's burn temples and churches, clean peace from lies" .

Another social media user suggested removing this status, but was refused and turned to the prosecutor's office and the FSB department for Lipetsk region.

Law enforcement agencies considered the publication extremist, in the author was prosecuted. Unfortunately, the message does not indicate, according to Art. 282 or 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The accused pleaded guilty. According to him, this phrase is a translation one foreign song.

Consideration of the case in the Oktyabrsky Court of Lipetsk is scheduled for mid December.
