Two opposition websites are recognized as extremist in Ingushetia

At the end of November 2012, it became known that on November 9, 2012 Magassky the district court of the Republic of Ingushetia satisfied the claim of the republican prosecutor's office and recognized the sites ri-online.ru and angusht.com as extremist.

The court considered extremist publications on websites in which contains " knowingly false accusations of a person replacing the state position of the subject of the Russian Federation in the commission by him during the period of execution their official duties of the acts specified in this article and being a crime ."

Both sites are in extreme opposition to the current President of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, so they really contains a significant number of materials, the authors of which accuse the President and representatives of the Ingush administration in various crimes, in particular, betrayal of national interests during negotiations on the issue Prigorodny District, patronage of police torture, repression against opposition, pandering to marauders, etc., however, we were unable to find among the materials accusations of extremist crimes against government officials.
