In Volgograd, a court found an anti-Semitic article extremist

December 3, 2012 judgment in absentia of the Traktorozavodsky District Court of the city of Volgograd dated June 18, 2012 entered into legal force. This decision satisfied the claims of the prosecutor of Traktorozavodsky district to head organizing committee "Russian March", the head of the organization "Union Russian people of Volgograd and the Volga" to Dmitry Bokov. The court ruled to recognize it as extremist and ordered the removal of the article posted by Bokov on the Internet in the VKontakte social network.

In March 2012, during Internet monitoring, employees of the Center for Environmental Protection of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Volgograd Region found in the social network an anti-Semitic article copied by Bokov from another address. ECC experts The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Volgograd Region confirmed the presence of xenophobic statements in the article. This became the basis for the prosecutor's appeal to the court demanding that the article be recognized as extremist and forcing Bokov to remove it.

Upon the placement of this article, a criminal case was initiated under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred).
